These Terms of Use govern your use of the Cosy Dreams mobile application ("the App") provided by Cosy Dreams Sàrl, Lausanne, Switzerland ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these terms.
The App is intended for use by parents and guardians on behalf of children aged 4–8. Accounts must be created and managed by an adult. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are accepting these terms on behalf of yourself and any child who uses the App in your household. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle children's data.
Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable licence to download and use the App on devices you own or control. This licence does not include any right to resell, sublicense, or make the App or its content available to third parties.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at stories@cosydreams.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
Some content in the App requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store (for iOS users) or the Google Play Store (for Android users) and are subject to their respective terms of sale. Key points:

You agree not to:
All content in the App — including stories, narrations, music, illustrations, and the Cosy Dreams name and logo — is owned by or licensed to Cosy Dreams Sàrl. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to that content beyond the personal, non-commercial licence described in Section 2.
We aim to keep the App available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or remove content or features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of any material changes that affect your subscription.
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties — express or implied — regarding fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
Cosy Dreams Sàrl is liable without limitation for damages caused by intent (Vorsatz) or gross negligence (grobe Fahrlässigkeit).
For damages caused by ordinary negligence (leichte Fahrlässigkeit), Cosy Dreams Sàrl’s liability for any claim arising from your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the three months preceding the claim. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (such as loss of data or device damage) resulting from ordinary negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland.
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
