Cosy Dreams ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Cosy Dreams Sàrl, Switzerland. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Cosy Dreams mobile application, how we use it, and your rights.

We do not collect location data, payment card details, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data, or your address book.
Cosy Dreams is designed for use by children with parental involvement. Accounts must be created by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the applicable digital age of consent in your jurisdiction (16 in most EU countries, 13 in some EU countries and the United States) without verifiable parental consent.
If you believe your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at stories@cosydreams.app and we will delete it promptly.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share it with anyone for their advertising or marketing.
We use the following services to operate the app:
We also run our own analytics service on a server we control in Switzerland. It receives the same app usage events described in section 1, linked to your account identifier. It is not a third party and your data is not shared onward from it.
We sometimes pay to advertise Cosy Dreams on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Google. To know whether that money is well spent, we need to see whether an advert led to an install and, later, to a subscription.
To do that we share a limited set of events — such as "app installed", "subscription screen shown" and "subscription started" — with the advertising platform that showed you the advert, along with a device-level advertising identifier.
This is used only to measure our own adverts. We do not show adverts inside Cosy Dreams, we do not build advertising profiles about you, and we do not sell data to advertisers or data brokers.
You can switch off analytics entirely in the app at Settings → Privacy. Turning it off stops all usage events, including advertising measurement.
Your account data, favourites and playback progress are stored on Google Firebase servers located in Zürich, Switzerland (europe-west6). Our own analytics service also runs on a server in Switzerland. Anonymous analytics held by TelemetryDeck are stored in the EU.
Some of the services listed in section 4 — including Google Analytics for Firebase, Meta and RevenueCat — are operated by companies based in the United States and may process data there under approved transfer mechanisms such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
We apply industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS) and role-based access controls. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time directly within the app: go to Settings → Delete Account.
Your account, profile, favourites and playback progress are deleted immediately and permanently. Historical usage events held in our analytics service are removed separately, within 30 days. You may also request deletion by contacting stories@cosydreams.app, and we will process the request within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you in advance via email or an in-app notice before the changes take effect. We will also update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
