Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. To cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad → tap your name → Subscriptions → select Cosy DreamsCancel Subscription.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from within the app: Account → Delete account at the bottom. For step-by-step instructions, see the account deletion page.

The audio won't play

I forgot my password

Tap Sign in on the app's opening screen, then Forgot password? to receive a reset link by email.
