Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. To cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad → tap your name → Subscriptions → select Cosy Dreams → Cancel Subscription.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from within the app: Account → Delete account at the bottom. For step-by-step instructions, see the account deletion page.

The audio won't play

• Check your device is not on silent or Do Not Disturb.
• Try closing and reopening the app.
• Check your internet connection — stories stream and require an active connection.
• If the problem persists, email us and we'll look into it.

I forgot my password

Tap Sign in on the app's opening screen, then Forgot password? to receive a reset link by email.

Something else

Email stories@cosydreams.app with as much detail as you can — device model, iOS version, and a description of what happened — and we'll get back to you.
